Norma has a very tender heart that can cause her to be bullied by other dogs because they find her very submissive, so she may need you to protect her. If you are ready to find your forever friend, Norma is ready for you. Fully Grown? Yes---------------------------Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, are up-to-date on their rabies, distemper/parvovirus, and bordetella vaccinations, have been tested for heartworm, and are microchipped.
